上报客户端能力
上报本客户端能显示哪些互动模式的画面（模式和版本）、本地输出是否在跑，以及录音用的开播软件。输出在跑、开始得最晚的客户端是直播间的播出客户端；它显示模式画面后在实时通道发 `mode.ack`。
