读取播出动态 GET

读取正在播出的内容：播出队列、正在说的话，以及上报的评论被怎样处理。只包含已允许播出的内容，不含回复草稿。使用实时通道的客户端会在 `ready` 和 `feed.*` 事件里收到同样的内容。

内置动作列表 GET

列出动作指令可以通过 `presetId` 指定的内置动作。
